Plan Ahead
The first thing that you want to do is to plan ahead!
Plan your content. Plan your posts. Don’t wait until the day of to start wondering what you are going to post about today.
If you create that plan ahead of time, you will be set up for success!
Use Tools Available to You
In order to plan and eventually execute the plan, you need to use tools available to you. Some great tools for organizing your thoughts, ideas, and content are Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, Asana, or a combination of these.
Some other tools you will want to consider are graphic design tools. We highly recommend Canva for this.
You will also need to look at scheduling tools for your social media platforms. Which brings us to….
Scheduling is Your Friend!

Put it on Your Calendar
One of the best ways to make sure that you are being intentional with your social media time is to set time blocks throughout the day on your phone to remind you to get on social media and engage with your target audience.
The Power of One
This one is probably my favorite…instead of focusing on trying to be EVERYWHERE…focus on the power of ONE!
Find the one platform that you are the most comfortable and where your ideal audience is hanging out and focus on marketing your business there.
Don’t Reinvent the Wheel
You don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time you post!
