Canva
Canva is an absolute MUST for anyone who is using online marketing for their business. And online marketing is essential if you want to grow your business. But, let’s get back to why you HAVE to have Canva as one of your business tools!
What is Canva? Canva is a design tool that lets you create and edit graphics to use across your social media platforms. However, it has much more to offer than that! You can create video (with added music!), animations, pdf workbooks, business cards, and so much more!
Canva has a compilation of stock photos, fonts, fun graphics, and more that can be added to make your creations completely branded and unique.
And the best part?
It’s FREE! There is a paid version called Canva Pro, but for a lot of entrepreneurs, the free version is enough. However, the paid version is very affordable and has unlimited stock photos, videos, and music!
Creator Studio
Most businesses are going to be on Facebook or Instagram. Maybe even both.
That’s why Creator Studio is such a great tool for you to utilize! Creator Studio is Facebok’s scheduling tool.
But, it does more than just schedule your posts. You can manage your previous posts or scheduled posts, create videos and post with music, manage your business page inbox and more!
And since Instagram is owned by Facebook, you can also sync your Instagram account up so that you can schedule and manage your Instagram and Facebook accounts from one place!
The great news? It’s a free tool as well!
Trello
So now that you have your content creation and scheduling taken care of, you will probably need a place to organize your content, create workflows, and manage your tasks. I have just the tool for that…Trello!
Trello is an online organizational tool that allows you to create several “boards” where you can then create lists with tasks under each list.
For example, you could have a board called Content Ideas and then within that board have separate lists for each social media platform, website, or blog that you use. One of the lists that I have in my Content board is Facebook Lives. I then have a list of Facebook Live ideas that I use when I need some inspiration.
Trello also allows you to add due dates to your tasks and you can set it up to receive notifications so that you never miss a task!
Of course, it’s free!! And they have an amazing app that you can use on your phone!
